Reese’s Brownie Bites
If you’re craving something rich and fudgy then these dense Rees’s brownie bites are what you want. They are so easy to make, and you can make them as big or as small as you want. I used a box mix brownie but you can make them from scratch too.
Ingredients
boxed brownie mix
-substitute water for brewed coffee
-substitute oil for melted unsalted butter
about 10-12 mini Reese’s cups
about 1/2 cup of Reese’s peanut butter chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners, and set aside
following the boxed brownie mix according to the directions, but substitute water for brewed coffee and oil for melted unsalted butter
take about 1 1/2 tablespoons of batter and place it in the bottom of the pan, then put mini Reese’s cup and push it down a little bit, and then add another 1/2 tablespoons of batter on top to cover. Repeat this for each one until you run out of batter.
smooth out the top with a spoon to make sure it is an even surface, then sprinkle Reese’s Pb chips on top. Bake in the oven for about 17-20 minutes. When they come out let them cool for 15 minutes, ENJOY!
