Chocolate Yogurt Fruit Clusters

These are amazing during a summer night and you want something refreshing, but delicious and cold at the same time! I love this recipe because you can use any fruit you like and any flavors you want!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups any fruit, chopped

  • 1 cup full fat greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 1/2 cups any chocolate chips

  • 2tbsp unsalted butter

    Directions:

  • cover cookie sheet with parchment paper

  • chop up fruit and put into bowl with yogurt, honey, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well until everything is combined. Form the mixture into balls and put on the cookie sheet. Place in freezer for 30 minutes or until the edges are completely frozen.

  • in microwave melt chocolate chips and butter for 30 seconds, mix until there are no clumps left. Let cool for 5 minutes.

  • Take yogurt clusters and dip them into the chocolate, plop them back onto the tray, put them back in the freezer for at least 2 hours. ENJOY!
