Chocolate-Brookie Ice Cream

I am not gonna this is the best ice cream I have ever had. It is sooooooo creamy and chocolatey you might just die. And, this recipe is completely customizable, you can put anything you want in here, I mean anything. I put Reese's Chips Ahoy Soft baked cookies and pre-made brownies, but you can do whatever your heart desires! This recipe makes ALOT of ice cream so I recommend splitting it in half for a smaller batch.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

  • 8 soft Chips Ahoy Cookies, crumbled

  • 6 pre packaged brownies, crumbled

  • Hershey’s chocolate sauce

    Directions:

  • Line your loaf pan with parchment paper

  • in a bowl with a whisk attachment whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form

  • in separate bowl combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa, vanilla extract, espresso powder, and salt. Mix. Pour this into the whipped cream, fold together very gently. Do not over mix.

  • add in the crumbled cookies, and brownies fold gently until evenly mixed throughout. Add 1/4 of the mixture into the pan spread evenly. Drizzle desired amount of chocolate sauce on top. Repeat these steps 3 more times until you are out of ice cream batter.

  • put into freezer for at least 12 hours before serving!
