Mango Coconut Creamsicles

MANGO COCONUT POPSICLES! I mean yummm, you cano not go wrong with this. On a hot day these hit the spot, perfect to enjoy by the pool.

Ingredients:

  • blender or food processor

  • 2 large ripe mangos

  • 2 cup sweetened coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • add 1/2 tsp all spice for a warm flavor

    Directions:

  • take mangos, remove the pit and peel them. Put the flesh into a blender with the coconut milk, vanilla, and salt. Blend the everything until no chunks are present and the mixture is smooth.

  • pour into popsicle molds and freeze until completely solid. ENJOY by the pool side.
