Red Velvet Cheesecake Ice Cream
Absolutely amazing, creamy, decadent, and perfectly sweet. This is a homemade vanilla ice cream, with red velvet cheesecake brownies mixed in, that can be found on my blog! You are definitely going to want to make these for your loved ones immediately!
Ingredients
2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
14 oz of sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
2 cups chopped red velvet cheesecake brownie
Directions
Chop 2 cups of the red velvet cheesecake brownie
In a small bowl combine condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt well
In a separate bowl with a stand mixer, whip the heavy cream on high until it forms stiff peaks, this will take about 3 minutes
Pour in the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream, fold slowly without deflating the whipped cream until almost combined, then pour in chopped brownie and fold again slowly
put into a bread pan covered with saran wrap and then covered with tin foil and place in freezer for 12 hours or until completely solid, ENJOY!
