Cranberry Oatmeal
These are my Dad’s favorite cookies hand down they are so so so delicious and perfect for the holidays. In these cookies you can find warm winter spices, white and semisweet chocolate chips, and dried cranberries. Definite a 10/10 for sure.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
2 sticks/ 1 cup unsalted butter softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups quick or old-fashioned oats
Desired amount of white & semi sweet Choccy Chippies, and cranberries
Directions:
set oven to 350 degrees
get cookie sheets and line with parchment paper
bowl 1 mix dry ingredients: flour, spices, salt, and baking soda
bowl 2 plop in melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, mix until everything is combined nice and good
add in eggs, milk and vanilla extract, mix
then combine flour mixture with butter mixture, beat together then add in oats, choccy chips and cranberries. MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER
plop dough balls on baking sheet and put in oven for 9-10 mins more or less depending on how fat you make them
