Easter Bunny

I made this cookie for my mom because her favorite candy is the Cadberry eggs. The little tiny pastel chocolate eggs that crack in you moth when you eat them, yup those. Honestly, I can’t blame they are very simple but so delicious. So, I made them into a cookie. This is what I do best people!

• 2 sticks/1cup butter softened

• 3/4 cup white sugar

• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

• 2 eggs

• 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla

• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 tsp. baking soda

• 1/2 tsp. salt

• desired amount of chopped Cadbury eggs, semisweet chocolate chips, Cadbury eggs for placing on top of cookie

  Directions:

• in bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt

• in separate bowl combine butter and both sugars mix until creamy

• then add in eggs and vanilla beat until light and fluffy

• combine dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until combined

• add in chopped Cadbury Eggs and semisweet choco chips

• roll into balls and put chopped Cadbury eggs on top of each cookie

• bake for about 10 minutes

• when they come out sprinkle a little salt on top of each cookie and enjoy
