Ultimate Oatmeal
I love these cookies I baked a batch for a birthday party and by the end they were ALL GONE!
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups quick or old-fashioned oats
A LOT of any chocolate that you like, I used dark chocolate, Peanut M&M’s, and Reese’s
Directions:
preheat oven to 350, line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk well.
In bowl beat softened butter and brown sugar, until creamy and smooth. Add in eggs, and vanilla, beat until fluffy and lightened in color. Make sure to scrape down the bowl in-between each mix.
Add the dry mixture into the wet a little at a time and mix in between. Next, add in the oats, mix until fully combined. Finally, add in the chocolate of your choice and mix well .
Divide into 30 cookies about 3 tbsp of dough. Bake in oven for 12-14 minutes, when they come out top with a sprinkle of salt and ENJOY!
