Champagne Cake Bites

These are basically cake pops but I forgot to buy the sticks, so they are cake bites. This is a vanilla cake mix mixed with cream cheese and brown sugar and then coated in white chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • boxed vanilla cake mix, bake according to directions swap out water or milk for the champagne

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 cup cream cheese

  • 10 ounce package white chocolate melting wafers

  • sprinkles

    Directions

  • bake cake according to directions, and swap the milk or water for the Champagne

  • once baked let cool completely, next put the whole cake in and stand mixer with the cream cheese, beat until fully combined and a homogenous mixture, roll into balls and place in freezer for 1 hour

  • right before they come out of the freezer melt the white chocolate in 2 separate bowls for 30 second bursts mix in between until all the chocolate has melted. Stab a fork in the ball and dip into the melted chocolate, let the excess drip off, take the fork out and before the chocolate hardens add the sprinkles
