Raspberry Nutella Blondies

Same thing as classic blondie recipe just a tad bit different. In this recipe you can use fresh or frozen raspberries, and the star of the show Nutella! In this recipe frozen fruit defiantly works best. Fresh fruit will work too, but when it’s done baking it might be too wet and turn out gummy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter melted

  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 2 cups flour

  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries

  • about 3/4 cup Nutella, measure with heart

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9×13 pan with oil.

  • Combine the melted butter and brown sugar in a medium sized bowl.

  • Add in the eggs and vanilla. Mix well.

  • Add in the salt, baking powder, and flour. Mix until just combined.

  • add Frozen Raspberries, stir in gently

  • Pour 1/2 the batter into the prepared 9×13 pan. Take dollops of Nutella and plop them into the batter, swirl with knife. Spread other 1/2 of batter and repeat the Nutella add more berries on top. VITAL STEP; sprinkle salt on top before putting it in the oven!!!

  • Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until barely golden brown. These become dry very easily if you think they are a little underdone pull them out to get a ooey gooey licious center ;)
